How is candidate identity verified?
Identity is anchored to your authenticated launch, not to a name typed into a proctoring app. Sessions start from the institution's or program's signed-in environment via LTI 1.3, the session-start room scan documents who is present, and the 360 view maintains continuity for the entire sitting. A substitution attempt or additional person appears as a flagged, timestamped event with visual evidence, routed to your adjudication workflow.
How does the evidence chain of custody work?
Every piece of evidence is cryptographically tied to the session, timestamped at capture, and logged through each hand-off from AI detection to human review to board decision. Nothing is edited in place, and the full trail is exportable for legal proceedings.
